Come join me for my Monday Midday Reset series every Monday from 12pm to 2pm. I’m hosting an Audio Pharmacology™️ Sound Spa©️ at the Englewood Mental Health Center located at 641 W. 63rd St., Chicago, IL 60621.
Enter through the rear parking lot and come down to the basement level. We are through the glass doors across the hall on the left.
FREE to the public. Tell a friend, family member, parent, child, elder, spouse, partner, and person in need.
Register onsite in person. A waiver form must also be signed to participate in any services.

How to prepare for the experience: Bring a blanket, water, and wear loose-fitting clothing. Try not to eat 2 hours before the experience.
