Come join me for the Monday and Thursday Midday Reset from 12pm to 2pm and/or Thursday Evening Reset from 5pm – 6:30pm at the Englewood Mental Health Center located at 641 W. 63rd St., Chicago, IL 60621.
Enter through the rear parking lot and come down to the basement level. We are through the glass doors across the hall on the left. Wear comfortable loose fit clothing. Bring water, a blanket, and a pillow.
FREE to the public. Tell a friend, family member, parent, child, elder, spouse, partner, and person in need.
